For those of you who are not familiar with with in-home, pre-delivery inspections, this is where we offer, free of charge, one of our staff to come check your property for access to your backyard for delivery. We can also verify whether or not special equipment or additional man power could be needed. This is also a good time for us to let you know where your electrical needs to be and how much space you will need around the hot tub for various accessories or service.

When you request info on things like warranty, entertainment options, or ClearRay we may respond to you via email with an attachment. This can potentially mean our email ends up in your junk folder so be sure to kep an eye open for it!

*We do not sell, lease, or otherwise share your contact info with anyone else unless you request a referral for something like electrical, landscaping, decking, etc. or are outside of our sales and service area (San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, Las Vegas, Florida, so on and so forth)

**We currently only offer our services for residents in San Diego County (with rare exceptions). We simply can not provide quality customer service to those we can not or are not setup to serve in a timely manner.
